When paramedics Jasper and Chris are called to an accident, they meet an aggressive group of youngsters who block the way to the victim. Chris tries to convince them that the boy needs medical attention, but when the groups becomes seriously threatening, they go back to the ambulance. Jasper wants to stay in the ambulance to wait for the police to arrive. But when Chris sees the wounded, helpless boy lying on the street, he makes the difficult and live chancing decision to leave the ambulance and rushes to the wounded boy. A decision with severe consequences.
