Kwabema is a photographer from The Netherlands blending the worlds of documentary and fashion. Inspired by retro imagery and contemporary youth culture, the overarching theme within his work is that of boyhood, with elements of fiction. A strong photographic storyteller, Kwabena’s photographs have been featured in two book publishings with Dutch bookstore Mendo (“Send Nudes” and “Rock and Roll Interiors”) and the likes of I-d magazine and Vice.
